Ramachandran International Institute of Management (RIIM), Pune, established in 2021 under the leadership of Prof. Suraj Sharma, is a premier management institute committed to bridging the industry–academia gap through practice-driven, industry-oriented, and skill-based education. Approved by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Education, Government of India, RIIM focuses on developing industry-ready professionals through experiential and outcome-based learning.

Located at Bavdhan, Pune, near the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and close to Hinjawadi IT Park, the Institute offers students strong industry exposure and corporate interaction opportunities.

RIIM offers the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program designed in alignment with AICTE guidelines and evolving industry requirements. The Institute follows an experiential learning approach integrating case studies, live projects, industrial visits, business simulations, workshops, and application-based learning.

The Institute actively promotes corporate engagement through guest lectures, expert sessions, industry mentoring, workshops, and practical exposure programs to strengthen professional competencies and career readiness.

To enhance employability, RIIM provides specialized training and certification programs in Business Analytics, Advanced Excel, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, communication skills, leadership development, and corporate readiness.

My message, especially to young people is to have courage to think differently, courage to invent, to travel the unexplored path, courage to discover the impossible and to conquer the problems and succeed. These are great qualities that they must work towards.

This inspirational quote from Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam sums up the crux of a modern day corporate leader who should have a strong character and impeccable integrity. Born in humble circumstances in a Muslim family in rural Tamil Nadu, a young boy who sold newspapers to help his family make ends meet rose to the highest office in the land. And he did so not through the conventional route of a political career but through the dint of hard work as a scientist in government service.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was really a true legend for the youngsters of the country. He has inspired the new generation of the country through his whole life, career, workings and writings. He still lives in the heart of Indian people as the People's President and Missile Man.

We at RIIM firmly endorse his views and truly believe that every student has the potential to become a great leader if He/ She is provided the right environment. We make a student discover his potential and groom him to face the tough challenges of the corporate world.
